IT-quest for university students of I-II accreditation levels

The staff of the computer and information technology department took part in the Open Day on December 1, 2018 in the form of a quest. It was attended by future graduates of colleges, colleges, high schools of Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Druzhkovka and Toretsk.

All the students were divided into nine teams and set out from the assembly hall to complete the tasks. Each team received an itinerary listing 10 locations. Two hours were allocated to complete all the tasks.

Departments of Computer Information Technology and Intelligent Systems have prepared three tests for the teams: to drive a machine developed by the students of the department through a tablet, to get acquainted with virtual reality, to work also developed by the graduate of the department, and to answer three questions from the IQ test. The tasks of the departments interested the students, and they coped with great enthusiasm.

After completing the tasks, participants gathered in the assembly hall to score points. All teams were awarded for participating in the quest.

3rd place was given by the team of Spartans EC DSEA, 2nd place - DC DSEA, and the winners of the quest was the team from Toretsk.

Despite the difficult quest, the participants were charged with positive emotions. Everyone liked the variety of locations where they tried themselves in different roles, and some of them were thinking of changing their choice and entering a specialty that they liked during the game. We look forward to all the participants of the quest in our Academy as our students!
