MASTER CLASS FOR ADJUSTMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL`S TESTING OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES ON THE "UKRINTECH" COMPANY`S BREAKING MACHINE WITH ERASMUS+

On November 12, 2019, at the Department of Computer Information Technologies of theDonbas State Engineering Academy, together with the Scientific-Production Enterprise "UKRINTEKH" (Kharkiv), a master-class was held on adjusting equipment and testing the mechanical properties of materials on a universal tensile machine. This machine of 10 kN force was purchased within the frameworks of the ERASMUS + BIOART project; it allows to determine the yield strength and strength limit of different materials for both stretching and compression. The machine is equipped with state-of-the-art measuring sensors that allows to obtain all experiment data electronically, as well as to collect test statistics and to process them via a computer. The test machine is installed in the biomechanics laboratory of the DSEA.

The modes of operation of the universal tensile machine were tested while carrying out the studies on stretching and deposition of sampleы. Employees of the "Ukrinteлh" company carried out detailed training on setting up the UIT STM 010 machine when working with different materials. Comprehensive answers were given to the questions regarding the characteristics of the test materials, the sizes of the test specimens, acquisition of summary research schedules, etc.

The seminar was attended by the teachers and the staff of the DSEA departments.
