The main objective of this work was to identify the main factors causing the differences in the phase composition, structural quality and morphology of the films of high-temperature compounds while precipitating them using binary target ion-plasma sputtering. The subject of the research is the processes of condensation, phase formation, growth mechanisms and properties of the films, which vary under the influence of technological factors of the spray system and condensation conditions. It has been found that the main factor influencing the film phase composition of materials having high melting points is the energy of atoms condensing on the substrate.

Gavriukov O. V. The determination of the static increase in belt tension during the length change of the conveyor conveyance // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

There has been represented the research on the theoretical dependences of the static increase in belt tension at working and shut-down drive during the non-uniform acceleration of the length change of the conveyor conveyance. It has been determined that in case of elongation of the conveyor static increase in tension of a reel of a mobile station depends on the conveyor operating regime and resistance force of the belt; it does not depend on travel speed of the mobile station when the belt of the lengthening conveyor accelerates and the drive is shut-down. In case of shut-down conveyor extension the static increase in tension of the reel of the mobile station is in two and more times higher than the belt tension of the reel of the mobile station of the lengthening conveyor with working drive.

Automated calculation of technological load and design parameters of bending machines can improve their competitiveness by defining these parameters in all possible gauge range. Analysis of the results at the design stage of new equipment allows to reduce metal structures and to select the optimum drive power lines. The paper reviewed the software, the purpose of which is to reduce the complexity of design work by the automated calculation of technological loads and design of working tool. The obtained results are applied in the manufacture to increase the efficiency of bending machines and clarified the requirements for power drive with a simultaneous decrease in metal working stands.

Gribkov E. P. Selection of process parameters of powder strip rolling to provide a uniform distribution of the powder core density // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The stability of the welding-technological properties and chemical homogeneity of the welded metal is substantially affected by the qualitative indicators of the used powder strip. One of the main requirements for the powder strip is a uniform distribution of the powder core density. According to the standards the deviation level of the fill factor should not exceed 3.5% ... 4.0%. On the basis of the analysis of the realization results of the finite element model for powder strips in a metal shell rolling it is found that the most uniform distribution of the powder core density regulated by the standards is observed at the reduction level of 25 ... 35%, while for powder strips with width 10 ... 15 mm the recommended value of the reduction should not exceed 25%, for 20 mm wide strips– 35% with rolls radius which is more than 50 mm.

Donchenko E. I. Study of an amplifier input capacitance of the seeding row crops sensor // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The analysis of the factors that reduce the noise immunity of capacitive sensors seeding row crops is made. By modeling in the software environment Multisim the analysis of influence of parameters of parts used in the input amplifier of the capacitive sensor seeding is made. A method of controlling the value of the amplifier output signal amplitude based on the frequency correction signal from the control division factor of the generator based on the forming of the microcontroller is proposed and realized. The desired amplitude of the signal at the amplifier output is defined.

Zakovorotniy A. Y. The linear mathematical model of a diesel-train movement // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

For the first time by means of geometric control theory the synthesis of linear mathematical model of diesel-train movement in space "input-state," which allows for the parallel operation of four asynchronous traction motors is made. The resulting model in the canonical Brunovskiy form allows exploring and optimizing not only the acceleration and movement of the composition at a given speed, but also the processes of slipping, skidding, parallel operation of motors.

Kvashnin V. O., Babash A. V. The use of fixed digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters of a microcontroller STM32F4DISCOVERY // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The main capabilities of digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital built-in converters of STM32F4discovery microcontroller are considered here. Areas of their using in technics are given. Adjustment and programming features of digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters by means of high-level programming language C are given. Concrete examples of using digital to analog converters to form output signal of any form are considered. Concrete example of using analog to digital converter for processing and visualizing transformed into digital form signal from analog to digital converter input is given.

Zligorev V. N., Markov O. E., Kosіlov M. S., Nagіev N. I. Using of convex dies to improve the quality of large plates // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

Effect of wedge convex dies angle and depth of the concavity faces on metal elaboration in the surface layers of forging such as plates was considered in the paper. It was found, that increasing wedge convex dies angle and depth of the concavity faces decrease the elaboration of surface metal layers under dies. The angle 140° gives the lowest stagnant zone, but further forge leads to the formation of clamps. The intensive metal elaboration, reduce stagnation zone and ensuring absence of defects it is necessary to obtain the four-ray workpiece with 15 ... 25% depth of the concavity faces by dies with angle 160°. Forging in dies with this angle provides shackling of axial defects and lack of concavities on the surface of the finished forgings. These results are explained by index of rigidity of stress state throughout the whole section during the formation of final forging.

Mishchenko V. G., Meniailo O. I. Control of the processes of carburization and decarburization of special steels under thermo-chemical and thermal treatment // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The paper is devoted to solve the problems connected with providing high quality constructional and tool steels in the manufacturing processes of machine-, aircraft- and ship building enterprises. A new progressive method to control processes of thermo-chemical and thermal treatment of steels is proposed, and the differential dilatometer is specially developed for its implementation. Operating system of thermo-chemical treatment allows to get with guarantee all required parameters of the diffusion layer – saturating element concentration and gradient of its distribution, and also the layer thickness for products of high appointment. It is shown that it is possible to change the activity of endo-potential furnaces flexibly and therefore to correct layer parameters directly in the process of steels thermo-chemical treatment (carburizing, nitrocarburizing, etc.) with the help of the differential dilatometer and previously constructed calibration curves. The developed method also allows to control and prevent steels decarburization and scale forming.

The problem of choosing optimal clay compounding at an industrial enterprise is considered. The main methods of linear programming to solve the problems of forming mixtures are analyzed. A mathematical model based on the simplex method, which allows to select optimal clay compounding as well as to robotize this process with the help of modern information technologies is suggested.

Obukhov A. N. Palamarchuk V. A. Forced oscillations of a heavy cord hanged at one end under the influence of wind loads // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The problem of determining the cross movement of any section of a heavy cord hanged at one end under the influence of wind loads is defined and solved. With the help of the operational method the problem is converted to the solution of a boundary value problem for an ordinary differential equation. The study of the obtained results of a boundary value problem for an ordinary differential equation is represented. In doing so, the solutions were obtained in the form of series of functions according to Bessel's system of functions, which are uniformly convergent in the interval. A formula that allows to calculate the cross movement of any section of a cord under the influence of wind loads at any time is obtained.

Podlesny S. V. Modelling of electromechanical system of automatic control of the generator voltage DC // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

In this article is discussed the DC generator with parallel excitation and automatic control system supporting constant voltage at the terminals of the generator, despite the change in the total load. This is accomplished by controlling the excitation current. For describing of the dynamics of the generator is used a finite model, that requires setting a finite number of independent mechanical and electrical parameters. Was achieved a closed system of equations of motion of the automatic voltage control of generator, allowing to define the parameters to provide the desired performance stability, accuracy and quality, to describe the dynamic processes in the system and can later be used to optimize the control system.

Rovenska O. G., Novikov O. O. Approximation of periodic impulse // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

This work considers solving and study of equations of dynamics of automatic control systems. Is proposed the construction method of spectral characteristic of periodic signal based on expansion in trigonometric series, are presented advantages of use of arithmetic Fourier sums in spectral analysis of periodic disturbing impulse of the automatic controlled system. This work is directed on expansion of direction of the theory of the approach, connected with asymptotic cases on the similar finite-dimensional tasks arising in the theory of automatic control. Spectral representations of periodic signal directly are guided by the theory of ranks of Fourier and Fourier's integral.

Semenov V. M., Kabatsky A. V., Markov O. E., Martynovskaya E. V., Malygina S. V. Weldability of low-alloy and dissimilar steels by using electroslag welding // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The study of the formation of tear cracks in low-carbon and low-alloy steel joints made by electroslag welding was done. To evaluate the resistance against tear cracking, quantitative criterion was selected – the maximum displacement of the upper edge of the welded sample (Δ), in which a welded joint is not yet cracked, was determined for the selected steels. The resistance against tear cracking of joints of 08ГДНФ, 20ХНМФ, 16ГНМ, 25Х3НМ and St. 3 was studied. The greatest crack susceptibility has 25Х3НМ steel, having criterion Δ = 3,2 mm, the smallest susceptibility was observed for St. 3 (Δ = 7,68 mm). It is established, that during electroslag welding of dissimilar steels, workpiece made of steel, less susceptible to tear cracking, does not affect the Δ -criterion of steel which is more sensitive to their formation.

In the modern production on the cutting process is tasked with providing improved performance accuracy required dimensions of the part and the specified quality parameters of the surface layer. There are two types of this quality control: control of cutting conditions during machining and providing the required parameters followed by exposure to the work piece. The most perfect systems from the point of view of development of technical systems are those that implement the adaptive control algorithm with a minimum chain of transmission links between the control signal source and the elements of the main drive material processing machine. Therefore, in the article is presented the drive circuit of the main motion machine based on the electric system with control and regulation in the mechanical transmission.

Alieva L. I., Chuchin O. V., Mironenko E. V. Combined extrusion of hardening material // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The upper bound method to determine power mode in combined radial-forward extrusion process for hollow part from solid billet is investigated and determine upper bound formula for deformation pressure calculation of radial-forward extrusion with hardening material in the stationary step with depending on the dimensionless geometric parameters and the friction conditions. The equation of motion trajectory in the stationary step for radial-forward extrusion process with material particles along the current lines depending on the punch stroke is defined. Depending equations to calculate the trajectory in particles of material movement for combined radial-forward extrusion process that data allow to determine the accumulated particulate deformation at any point along the streamlines is determined. The accumulated strain distribution character and intensity stress with the cross section of the extruded cup wall are defined. The highest values of these parameters obtained for the billet material layer near the inner radius of the extruded glass, and the lowest - for the layers near the outer radius.

Semenov V. M., Markov O. E. Features of electroslag welding curvilinear joints from two-layer steels // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The article is dedicated to increase of production efficiency and quality of large welded products from two-layer steel with curvilinear welded joints. The regime of electroslag welding of thick-walled constructions is proposed. To form the seam at electroslag welding of two-layer steel developed the water-cooled slider-block. To investigate mechanical properties the samples of welded joints treated with different kinds of heat treatment. Microstructural investigations have shown perlite-ferrite structure of the samples independently of the heat treatment kind.

Akimova O. V. Features of individual instruments use in conducting internal financial monitoring // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The article considers the possibility of using the advanced experience in the sphere of combating and prevention the legalization of income obtained from crime by the national system of financial monitoring of Ukraine with the help of typological studies, which are developed by the international organizations, first of all, such as the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF), and its regional Eurasian Group (ЕAG). The use of typologies allows to respond promptly to illegal financial operations and identify the additional criteria of classifying them to the category of doubtful.

The changes in the audit field in accordance with the European legislation are discussed. The qualifying changes and admission to profession were given in the article. Model of an audit institution was shown. The advantages of the audit institution reform are presented. Currently, the Audit plays a vital role in creating an open society, making preconditions for good and effective governance. To ensure the audit plays a key role in society, it is necessary to rise to an appropriate level of quality, independence and strict observance of ethical standards has to be ensured by the profession's representatives.

The basic technologies of the distance education application in the educational process at the department of computer science and engineering graphics. One of the technologies yavlyaetsya Moodle system, which is designed to create high-quality teachers online courses, tests, but the main component of this system is open source, which allows it to adapt features of any educational institution. One of the authors independently developed a computer the test-shell-based web programming (using the web pages tools - php and database management systems - SQL) and put it into a global network for use in the educational process. Just consider the electronic drive technology (Google-Disk) and a Consultative Forum DSEA.

Gontarenko T. A. Disclosure of accounting earnings information in the conditions of transformation of statements in accordance with IFRS // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The necessity of transformation of financial statements in accordance with international standards is grounded. The general sequence of the process of financial statements preparation in accordance with IFRS, determined steps reporting transformation process The comparative characteristics of the definition, classification and evaluation of income in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (C), BU and IFRS. There are recommendations for the presentation and disclosure of income in the process of transformation of the financial statements. In order to transform accountability for compliance with the requirements and principles of IAS recommended corrective postings.

Hudyma A. A. Organization and features of the inventory of intellectual property // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The article investigates the features of the inventory of intellectual property of industry in the current economic conditions. The current state of industrial property in Ukraine is investigated. Features of the inventory of intellectual property in industry are considered. A procedure for the inventory of intellectual property, taking into account the specificity of these objects with display of requirements of accounting and financial reporting is offered. To improve the information content of management accounting, the proposals for rationalization of sequence of inventory of intellectual property rights in the company to obtain complete information in the context of all components of the system are developed.

Dobychina E. K. Assessment of the competitive level of entrepreneurial potential // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

This paper proposes the assessment of competitive space of investment attractiveness of the entrepreneurial potential on the basis of three-dimensional model. The proposed model allows to give an objective evaluation of the competitive status of the enterprise and its entrepreneurial potential, as well as to monitor the dynamics within the competitive space. This in turn will increase the competitive status of the company, shape future aspects of the development activities of the company and the strategy of efficient development in general.

Dubinsky E. C. Harmonization of the accounting system of fixed assets of industrial enterprises of Ukraine according to IFRS for SMES // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

This paper analyzes national and international accounting standards of fixed assets to determine the General terms and differences, PSB 7 "fixed assets" and IFRS 16 "fixed assets". The problem of transition to the IFRS for Smes that primarily has an effect on recognition in accounting and disclosures in the financial statements of fixed assets. As a result, the identification and consideration of relevant major distinguishing features and conceptual framework is a priority problem. According to the analysis the proposals on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting for fixed assets were grounded. The guidelines on the harmonization of the accounting system of fixed assets under IFRS were developed.

The major indicators of innovative activities of industry in Ukraine are analyzed. Evaluation of the innovation potential of industry from a regional perspective is made. A set of measures to improve the innovative potential of industrial enterprises is proposed. Proposals for improving the institutional support of innovative development of industry in the regions of Ukraine are developed taking into account the industry specifics. The marked renders assistance to the gain in specific weight of enterprises that implement innovations and stakes of innovative products in general in volume of realization of industrial products.

The primary objective of the article is to assess the state of innovation sphere in Ukraine, to identify the most pressing problems that hinder innovation, to prepare specific proposals aimed at promotion of innovation activities in terms of further integration of Ukraine into the world economic and scientific space. Methodological and methodical aspects of accounting the innovative processes are generalised. Discrepancy of working models of accounting the innovative expenses to modern requirements of management is established. Practical recommendations for formation of the information system for maintenance of management with innovative activity are developed.

Kolesov S. V. Modern approaches to the evaluation of innovative projects in the enterprise // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

In the paper the most common methods of evaluating investment projects had already found their way into domestic practice. The main problems in the organization on selection and implementation of innovative projects in engineering companies and a scheme for innovative projects evaluation in terms of the competitiveness in the enterprise. It is proved that for the effective functioning innovation unit in the information and innovative mechanism, it is necessary that it’s not only based on adequate and sufficient information, both scientific and market-driven, but also implemented projects that contribute to the competitiveness of the enterprise.

Kravchenko V. I. Modeling of systems of payment for telecommunication services // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

Existing schemes of calculations for telecommunication services by customers of a small business are analyzed. The necessity to expand payment systems directly between the supplier and the consumer of services is determined. Disadvantages of the existing software of payment accounting systems are described. The structurally functional diagram of the business process of the registration of physical persons payments for telecommunication services and modules of a client-server app developed on its basis and written in PHP 5 with the usage of a set of web development Denver, which includes the relational database management system MySQL 5 are represented. The application simplifies information processing and allows you to quickly obtain credentials on funds coming on accounts of the service provider – small business.

Milyavskiy M. Y. Theoretical bases in corporate strategy formation in the commercial Bank // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The author reveals the contents, direction and the peculiarities in the commercial Bank financial activities. The peculiarities corporate governance in commercial banks from the perspective of the Bank status as a variety corporation and as a member in other corporations. Determined the nature, characteristics and the procedure for the formation as a Bank’s corporate strategy from the point of view of organization theory. The theoretical approaches to definition corporate strategy definition of commercial Bank are studied. Matters relating to the functioning of the commercial Bank as a corporate education from the perspective of a systemic financial organization work have been considered.

In this article methodical approaches to receiving quantitative estimates of multiplicative effects at implementation in large investment projects are analyzed. As the main calculation instrument t is offered to use interindustry balance of production and the production distribution. Grounded, that the use of tool, based on the tables of «Expense - issue», allows to take into account not only lines but also indirect effects changes in the production and eventual demand volumes on industries, and also to estimate change in the profits forming structure in an economy. The minimum set information, necessary for the calculation of multiplicative effect is certain. The mechanism receiving estimates in the multiplicative effects from implementation large investment projects is described.

Shelest E. A., Gontarenko T. A. Features of accounting of biological assets for international and national standards // Scientific Herald of the DSEA. – 2016. – № 1 (19Е).

The international and national standards, which are used in the processing accounts in accounting for financial reporting in agriculture, are considered. We characterize the international and national standards in accounting of biological assets. The application necessity is an International Financial Reporting Standard 41 (IAS (IAS) 41). The comparative characteristic of IAS 41 «Agriculture» and the Regulations (standard) accounting 30 «Biological assets». The accounting features of biological assets on R(S)A and IFRS. It identifies the differences in the approaches to the recognition and disclosure accounting of biological assets, which should be taken into account when drawing up reports in accordance with international standards.
